Preamble:

The bank resolves to adopt following permeable that will guide whole philosophy and culture of Jila Sahakari Kendriya Bank Maryadit Morena presently and in the time to come.

• Management by objective (MBO) - The whole structure of the bank shall adopt to grand objectives of bank through the philosophy of management by objective. The bank shall ensure implementation of MBO at all level of the hierarchy and shall be judged through the actual performance of the employees with the benchmark standard set. The bank will ensure the participation of employee at all the levels in general decision making as well as in strategic decision making. The bank shall also ensure alignment of individual objectives with that of bank’s collective objectives.
• Just in Time – (JIT) – Recently introduced model of management. Just in time will have speaking dominance in all the business activities of the bank. In bank’s policy planning to implementation will have time bound programmes and all the functional specialities shall also be judge in specific time frame.
• Customer services - an organization swims and sinks greatly depends upon its relationship with its customers. The bank shall strive for excellent services to its large number of customers and also make and endeavours to have ever lasting relationship with them by providing the key outputs, what customers want? Bank will also make efforts to broaden its customer’s base by brining customers other than farmers in the banking fold.

Decentralization – The major flow in functioning of cooperative bank is absolute centralization of power at higher level. The bank will reverse this police by giving autonomy in decision making at other levels of management. This process will ensure quick and timely decision making that will enhance business base by eradication of unnecessary line of management causing hindrance in timely dispensalation of services to its customers.
